Delete your account
GlossGo (app ID app.glossgo.mobile) lets you erase your account and personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- • Your profile: name, email, phone number and saved addresses
- • Saved vehicles, preferences and marketing settings
- • Membership credits and subscription records held in the app
- • Your sign-in credentials — the account can no longer be used
What we must keep
- • Anonymised invoice and booking totals, kept for six years to meet UK accounting and HMRC rules — these no longer identify you
- • Payment records held by our payment processor under their own retention policy

Sign in with the account you want to remove, type DELETE below and confirm. Any upcoming booking should be cancelled first.
