Data we collect
We collect your name, contact details, vehicle information, service address and booking history. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our systems.
How we use it
To deliver and schedule your bookings, take payment, provide customer support, manage memberships and rewards, and improve our services. We also send booking updates by email or SMS.
Marketing
We only send promotional messages where you have opted in or where you are an existing customer and we have a legitimate interest. You can unsubscribe at any time from any message or in your account settings.
Sharing
We share limited data with the detailer assigned to your booking, our payment processor, and service providers who host our systems. We never sell your personal data.
Retention
Booking and invoice records are kept for six years to meet UK accounting requirements. Other data is deleted or anonymised once it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Contact us and we will respond within one month.
